Provides crisis services, case management, psychiatric services and medication management for individuals and families with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, and intellectual disabilities. Case management programs can assist clients to obtain food vouchers and food as needed. The agency itself does not provide a food service. They will be provided with an intake within 48 hours of their call to the Call Center. OUTPATIENT mental health and substance abuse clinic services include crisis intervention; case management for individuals with serious mental illness or intellectual disabilities; psychiatric medication assessment and monitoring, psychiatric nursing, and substance abuse assessments and referrals. Provides a comprehensive, family-focused, early intervention program for infants and toddlers who have or are at risk for developmental delays. NWCS-Supportive Housing Program: Provides support services to assist the homeless individuals with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, or AIDS. Wounded Warrior: Case management and resource referral for veterans who are experiencing Posttraumatic Stress Disorder or Traumatic Brain Injury. Sunshine House: Psychosocial clubhouse for individuals with serious mental illness. Members participate in social recreation, practical skill-building, and the general management of the program.
