Provides mediation for court ordered and private cases - general cases and family mediation. Restorative Justice program provides trained facilitators to educate people about the damage done committing crimes.
Promotes community awareness of HIV/AIDS in order to create a compassionate response to those infected and affected by this disease. Free, confidential oral HIV testing at office. Assists people with HIV/AIDS by providing funds to pay for medication, laboratory visits, doctors, and counseling.
• Provides loans for lower income households, mostly single families, first time home buyers, and the elderly. • Funding and assistance to individuals for repairs on homes.
• Ride-matching service that provides users the opportunity to connect with individuals who use similar commuting patterns. • Provides information on other commuting options such as Telework Virginia!, Metro , MARC Train and commuter bus.
Part of the Virginia Work Force Network. Job skills training, GED preparation, job placement, career counseling. Help with applications and unemployment registration.
Responds to the needs of the elderly population in the Northern Shenandoah Valley through planning, coordinating and administering the following services and programs: Active Living Centers Day programs for seniors that provide meaningful activities including health education, crafts, entertainment, interaction, and fellowship. Hot, well-balanced meals served at noon. Some transportation is available to and from each center. Clark County- Clarke Cty.
