Services include: Emergency housing for those in imminent danger, supportive counseling, crisis intervention, links to community resources, support groups, court accompaniment, information and education, 24 hour crisis hotline, confidential and FREE services, safety planning.
Provides free chronic medications to persons who qualify for pharmaceutical company patient assistance programs.
Provide free transportation to critical medical appointments for the elderly, frail, or chronically ill who are struggling to retain their independence. Priority given to cancer and dialysis patients. Once contacted, requires about a week before we can schedule transportation and it is not guaranteed.
