You don’t have to be in crisis to call Concern Hotline.

“Call Us. We Care.”

At Concern Hotline, we've noticed that our call volume is a bit low lately. While it's always encouraging to think that fewer people may be experiencing moments of crisis, we also know that many people struggle in silence because they aren't sure if what they're going through is "serious enough" to reach out.

We want to remind our community that Concern Hotline is here for more than emergencies.

Life can be overwhelming. Maybe you're feeling stressed about work, worried about a loved one, grieving a loss, navigating recovery, facing a major life change, or simply feeling lonely. Maybe you just need someone to listen without judgment. Those are all reasons to call.

You don't have to wait until you're at your breaking point. Sometimes a conversation with a caring person can help you sort through your thoughts, feel less alone, and find the next step forward.

Our trained listeners are here to provide compassionate support, encouragement, and connection. We won't tell you what to do, and we won't judge your situation. We will listen and give you a safe space to set things down.

We also know that asking for help can be difficult. Many people worry that their problems aren't important enough or that someone else needs the service more. The truth is that everyone deserves support, and no concern is too small.

Whether you're facing a difficult moment or just need a friendly voice on the other end of the line, Concern Hotline is here.
